  1. Redemption: The gift certificate can be redeemed for services and products offered by EYT PHOTOGRAPHY, including session fees, packages, and all types of art. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. Validity Period: This certificate is valid for a period of One Year from the date of purchase.

  3. Partial Redemption: If the cost of the purchase is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash but will remain as a credit with EYT PHOTOGRAPHY until the expiration date.

  4. Lost or Stolen Certificates: EYT PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift certificate. It will not be replaced or refunded in these circumstances.

  5. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation of a service booked using the gift certificate, our standard cancellation policy applies. Please note that this may affect the value that remains on the gift certificate.
